We offer university scholarshps to gifted young people from the are, but in Paraguay it is not always easy to find work afterwards. Sometimes options are limited and job offers can depend on who you know, not what you know.
For the past ten years Laura has had various jobs, including in a hairdresser, a hotel and a supermarket, and she has finally got a job using her degree. She will be working in the Ministry of Children and Adolescents as a social workers, specifically working with young people and foster carers. We wish Laura all the best in her new role.
