In the annual Independence Day parade on 
13 May the students of the Institute carried a banner proclaiming the rights of children, having been moved by the much-publicised plight of a 10-year old girl made pregnant by her stepfather. The banner reads, “Let us help children to live the best stage of their life with love and respect, and so share the great things of this journey of life.” This year as many as 50 new students sought places at the Institute, and all have been accepted, to give everyone a chance.
