Last week we met and interviewed our new scholarships from the north of the country. For the second year running we have organised our scholarship exam in the Fe y Alegria schools in the north of the country, where governmental or charity help scarcely reaches. This year we invited four of the students to interview in Asuncion and are delighted to offer them scholarships to university.
Nadia (far left) and Araceli (middle left) are from the town of San Joaquin, Caaguazu. Nadia hopes to study Civil Engineering and Araceli Agronomy. Esteban (middle right) is from the area of Arroyito, Concepcion, and also hopes to study Agronomy while Erwin (far right) is from San Pedro and wants to study Veterinary Medicine. All four of them will now prepare to take the entrance exams to the National University, which has various branches all over the country.
